To ensure you're happy with the details as we proceed, we'll arrange a series of meetings with you along the way. Before the first footings are poured, you'll talk with the professional partnering with you to build you home. Once construction begins, you'll inspect our work at key points during the buildings phase.
It's a chance for you to see the quality materials and disciplined approach to construction that forms the foundation of your new home. It's also a chance for you to enjoy the rare and thrilling experience of watching what was once just an idea, a notion, a dream, take shape and become your new home.
| STEP ONE: Preconstruction Meeting |
Step One: Before construction begins, you - the home buyer - are guided through the entire building process, starting with a meeting to introduce the construction team and to answer any questions regarding the construction timetable.
|
| STEP TWO: Quality Assurance Inspection |
Step Two: Before your final walk-through, Plantation Properties conducts its own quality control check to ensure everything is in proper working order and up to quality standards. Any needed repairs or touch-ups are made and the home is thoroughly cleaned in preparation for the Final Walk-Through.
|
| STEP THREE: Final Walk-Through |
Step Three: When your home is finished, Plantation Properties service representatives will take you on a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.
|
| STEP FOUR: 2-Month Follow-Up |
Step Four: To reinforce Plantation Properties' commitment to customer satisfaction, we schedule a service check approximately two months after closing.
|
| STEP FIVE: 11-Month Follow-Up |
Step Five: Eleven months after closing, we reiterate our commitment to satisfaction by again taking the time to handle any required warranty work, discuss issues, or answer any questions that you may have.
