DESIGN CENTER 

Conveniently located in the center of town, the Design Center is easy accessible and is the main focus of our one-stop shopping process.  Bringing together the selection of community, lot and mortgage financing, the Design Center is the final step.   

Our goal was to have a place where our customers could comfortably make the most important investment of their lives. Complete with a conference room, the Design Center has a full kitchen display including appliances. Clients can choose all interior choices: cabinets (wood and door style), countertops, energy-star appliances, energy-star lighting, plumbing, door hardware, flooring, paint; and, exterior choices:  wall materials, roofing, shutters. Eliminating the stress of having to chase all over town to make their choices, clients can make their choice in not time at all. 

The Design Center is routinely updated to stay current with the newest styles. 
C.A.D. & Copies, C.A.D. service is located in the Design Center. You can have a plan drawn specifically to match your lifestyle and needs.
